Refund Policy

Because each Ronin Street piece is produced in limited quantities or made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Valid Refunds

Refunds or exchanges will be considered only if:

• You received the wrong item, or

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

If this applies, email contactroninstreet@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Valid Refunds

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind or wrong size ordered

• Wear, washing, or damage after delivery

• Final sale, limited drop, pre-order, or made-to-order items (unless defective)

Process

• Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping may be required unless the error was ours.

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
